Returns & Refund Policy: Because of Blessings, LLC

At Because of Blessings, LLC, we want your experience to be a total blessing. To ensure a smooth process, we offer Self-Serve Returns directly through your customer account.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

In accordance with California law, we clearly state our return terms:

  • 14-Day Limit: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: Due to their unique nature, Custom & Personalized Items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Self-Serve Return

Manage your return instantly through our portal:

  1. Log In: Visit our store and log into your Customer Account (or use the link in your order confirmation email).

  2. Request: Select the items you wish to return and submit the request.

  3. Authorized Label: Once approved based on our Return Rules, we will email you an authorized Return Shipping Label.

⚠️ Mandatory Disclosure: Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the original shipping package. Returns sent to the incorrect address without an authorized Because of Blessings label cannot be tracked or refunded.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your blessing arrives less than perfect:

  • Please log in to the portal to upload a photo of the issue or email Shop@becauseofblessings.com immediately.

  • For damaged or incorrect goods, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs, as required by consumer protection laws.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our authorized facility, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval.

  • Credit: Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.

5. California Consumer Rights

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), any personal information collected during the return process is used solely for the purpose of verifying and completing your transaction.
